Très belle vallée où la Fée Morgane, demi-soeur du Roi Arthur y enfermait ses amants infidèles. Ceux-ci n'avaient alors plus aucun espoir de retour. Seul Lancelot du Lac put déjouer tous ses sortilèges et délivrer les chevaliers prisonniers, Lancelot du Lac qui resta fidèle à son amour pour Guenièvre. Ce fut aussi la dernière retraite de l'Enchanteur Merlin.
Ce lieu légendaire commence au lac du "Miroir aux Fées", où se trouve désormais l'Arbre d'Or". Le nom de miroir lui a été donné car la forêt qui l'entourait était tellement dense que le vent n'y passait pas, rendant la surface de l'eau tout à fait immobile.

Only Lancelot du Lac could thwart all his spells and free the imprisoned knights, Lancelot du Lac who remained faithful to his love for Guinevere. It was also the last retreat of the Enchanter Merlin.
This legendary place begins at the lake of "Mirror of Fairies", where the "Golden Tree" is now located. The name "Mirror" was given to it because the forest that surrounded it was so dense that the wind did not pass through it, making the water surface completely still.

Sehr schönes Tal, in dem die Fee Morgane, die Halbschwester von König Artus, ihre untreuen Liebhaber einsperrte. Diese hatten keine Hoffnung mehr auf eine Rückkehr. Nur Lancelot du Lac konnte all ihre Zaubersprüche brechen und die gefangenen Ritter befreien. Lancelot du Lac blieb seiner Liebe zu Guinevere treu. Dies war auch der letzte Rückzugsort des Zauberers Merlin.
Dieser legendäre Ort beginnt am See des "Feenspiegels", wo sich nun der "Goldene Baum" befindet. Der Name Spiegel wurde dem See gegeben, weil der Wald, der ihn umgab, so dicht war, dass kein Wind hindurchkam und die Wasseroberfläche völlig unbeweglich machte.
