Mélanie, originaire du Ballon d'Alsace, a grandi au milieu des champs fleuris et mes grands-parents m'ont transmis leur mode de vie et leur intérêt pour les plantes et la forêt. Elle confectionne des tisanes, elixirs, baumes et sels à base de plantes issues de cueillettes sauvages depuis maintenant plusieurs années. Passionnée par l'usage médicinale à l'usage culinaire en passant par les représentations de ces plantes dans l'art et leurs histoires et légendes. "Ces savoirs anciens sont d'une grande richesse et je souhaiterais les partager à travers des balades pour partager mes connaissances mais aussi des ateliers autour des usages traditionnels. Il s'agit pour moi de faire connaître les différents usages des plantes afin de permettre à chacun de devenir maître de sa santé mais aussi afin d'éveiller mes pairs à la richesse de notre environnement et ainsi à la nécessité de le préserver. Cette transmission se fera à travers des balades natures à la découverte des plantes mais aussi avec des ateliers pour se réapproprier des savoirs à propos des plantes sauvages." Mélanie, die aus dem Ballon d'Alsace stammt, ist inmitten blühender Felder aufgewachsen, und meine Großeltern haben mir ihre Lebensweise und ihr Interesse an Pflanzen und dem Wald vermittelt. Seit mehreren Jahren stellt sie Kräutertees, Elixiere, Balsame und Salze aus wild gesammelten Pflanzen her. Ihre Leidenschaft gilt der medizinischen und kulinarischen Verwendung sowie den Darstellungen dieser Pflanzen in der Kunst und ihren Geschichten und Legenden. "Diese alten Kenntnisse sind von großem Reichtum und ich würde sie gerne durch Spaziergänge teilen, um mein Wissen weiterzugeben, aber auch durch Workshops rund um die traditionelle Verwendung. Es geht mir darum, die verschiedenen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten von Pflanzen bekannt zu machen, damit jeder zum Meister seiner Gesundheit werden kann, aber auch, um meine Altersgenossen für den Reichtum unserer Umwelt und die Notwendigkeit, sie zu erhalten, zu sensibilisieren. Mélanie, afkomstig uit de Ballon d'Alsace, groeide op te midden van bloemrijke velden en mijn grootouders gaven mij hun levenswijze en hun belangstelling voor planten en het bos door. Zij maakt al enkele jaren kruidentheeën, elixers, balsems en zouten op basis van in het wild verzamelde planten. Ze is gepassioneerd door medicinaal en culinair gebruik, maar ook door de voorstellingen van deze planten in de kunst en hun verhalen en legendes. "Ik wil deze oude kennis graag delen via wandelingen om mijn kennis te delen, maar ook via workshops over traditioneel gebruik. Voor mij gaat het erom de verschillende gebruiksmogelijkheden van planten bekend te maken, zodat iedereen meester wordt over zijn of haar eigen gezondheid, maar ook om mijn medemensen bewust te maken van de rijkdom van ons milieu en dus van de noodzaak dit te behouden. Mélanie, originaria del Ballon d'Alsace, creció en medio de campos floridos y mis abuelos me transmitieron su forma de vida y su interés por las plantas y el bosque. Lleva varios años elaborando infusiones, elixires, bálsamos y sales a base de plantas silvestres recolectadas. Le apasionan los usos medicinales y culinarios, así como las representaciones de estas plantas en el arte y sus historias y leyendas. "Me gustaría compartir estos conocimientos ancestrales mediante paseos para compartir mis conocimientos, pero también mediante talleres sobre usos tradicionales. Para mí, se trata de dar a conocer los diferentes usos de las plantas con el fin de permitir que cada persona se haga dueña de su propia salud, pero también para despertar en mis coetáneos la conciencia de la riqueza de nuestro medio ambiente y, por tanto, de la necesidad de preservarlo. Mélanie, originaria del Ballon d'Alsace, è cresciuta in mezzo a campi fioriti e i miei nonni mi hanno trasmesso il loro stile di vita e il loro interesse per le piante e la foresta.
