A 3km de Bayeux et à quelques minutes des plages du Débarquement, notre cidrerie artisanale créée en 1932 produit du cidre avec des pommes du terroir de Normandie. Point de vente de cidre artisanal "Bayeux", rosé, poiré, jus de pomme, Calvados et Pommeau de Normandie AOC. Des explications sont disponibles sur le processus de fabrication de la pomme au cidre « Bayeux ». Toute notre fabrication de cidre est garantie 100% pur jus et sans colorants. Dégustation offerte hors Covid. Notre cidre artisanal BAYEUX brut, doux et traditionnel portent le logo européen IGP "Indication Géographique Protégée". Pour des raisons de sécurité, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas accéder aux ateliers de fabrication.

Located 3km away from Bayeux and a few minutes' drive from the D-Day landing beaches, Viard cider factory was established back in 1932. Its cider is produced with apples originated from Norman orchards. Guided tour will allow you to visit the orchard and discover the cider making process of the "Bayeux" cider. A tasting of different kind of cider, apple juice and locally made Calvados and Pommeau de Normandie will conclude the visit nicely. Our crafty cider is guaranteed 100% pure juice without colorants.
